Renato Cocconi MD, MS, is an orthodontist in Parma, Italy where he belongs to the FACEOrtho Surgical Center, a private practice with Dr. Raffaini. Dr. Cocconi attended the University of Milan for both dental training and a three year program in Orthodontics where he obtained his master's degree (1993) and where he served as a clinical professor (1993-2008). He spent two and a half years in the US working with L.F. Andrews and attended the Roth Williams postgraduate course in from 1991-1993.Dr. Cocconi has since been very active in the orthodontic community nationally and internationally. His accomplishments worldwide include election to the Scientific Committee of the Angle Society and countless invitations to speak internationally for European Orthodontic Society, the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and the World Orthodontic Meeting in London in September 2015. He is active in many organizations including the EOS, AAO, SIDO and the Angle Society of Europe.
