General terms and conditions of the Z.a.T. Fortbildungs GmbH

Once your registration form with either a crossed cheque or direct debit mandate has been received, you will receive a registration confirmation document together with account payment details and directions to the venue. Outstanding accounts are to be settled immediately on receipt. Only after the account has been settled in full will your place on the course be confirmed. An administrative fee of EUR 80 will be levied on all cancellations up to 8 weeks before the event. There will be no reimburse of fees paid for cancellations after this, but it would be possible to nominate a substitute. All bank charges related to foreign cheques and bank transfers must be borne by the payee! The registration of participants is carried out in the strictly chronological order of the receipt of post and cheques. The organisers retain the right to change the program content, time and speakers. Live demonstrations cannot be guaranteed as these depend on case specific patients being available. Video demonstrations could be substituted for live patient treatment. In the event of cancellation for a valid reason, the full course fee will be refunded. In such circumstances the organiser will not be liable for any losses relating to travel costs and other expenses. The participants are not eligible for any claim for damages. Our liability for any breach of contract as well as of offence is limited to intention and negligence. The aforementioned exemption from liability also applies to any breach of contract by our ancillary personnel. We come under the jurisdiction of the German courts and the local court of jurisdiction is in Miesbach.

The Z.a.T. Fortbildungs Company recognises the recommendations of the federal dental association for post graduate dental training and takes these into consideration for their training courses.
